Trump made us do it....

It's not really new news anymore but did you see that the US plans to pull out of the World Health Organization. In terms of numbers the US contributes between 15 - 20% of the funding to the WHO, who (see what I did there) most recently led the response to Covid-19 as well as Ebola and Zika - not a small job.
I am not sure us as a 6-month-old start up here in the South of England can fill that gap, even if I lift the cushions on the couch and feel down the sides, but it did make me look at what we are doing in 2025 to help with the bigger issues.
I did the calculations, made the call and asked the questions and reckon we can do something.
We have pledged to save 50 acres of Rainforest through the World Land Trust - to save the most biodiverse areas of rainforest in places like Ecuador, Patagonia, Kenya and South Africa. This area would then have the ability to capture around 100 tons of CO2 - or just under 1 million miles of driving a diesel car.

We are doing this by a donation from every pint of Red Fin Cider that is enjoyed. We would love to give more, so we will work harder to spread the message of Red Fin.

I think it's a good thing, let me know your views, and yes Trump made me do it!
