We're Hiring

We're looking for a hands-on Brand Marketing & Events Manager to help grow Red Fin in the real world and online. This is a broad brand-building role across social media, events, activations, partnerships, and stockist support, for someone proactive, organised, and confident making things happen without needing constant direction.

It’s a role for someone proactive, organised, and confident making things happen without needing constant direction. You should be just as comfortable planning content and building relationships as you are supporting events in person and helping create energy around the brand on the ground.

You do not need drinks industry experience to apply. We care more about initiative, judgement, ideas, and the ability to follow through and getting things over the line.

There is real scope to shape this role as the business grows, with genuine opportunity to expand it and make it your own.

  • The Role

    What you'll do:

    • Own and grow Red Fin's social media presence, helping shape how the brand shows up online
    • Plan and deliver events, parties, and activations that bring the brand to life
    • Build strong relationships with venues, collaborators, and stockists
    • Travel to where Red Fin is active, show up and make things happen on the ground
    • Spot additional opportunities for Red Fin to have a presence in the right places, with the right people, in the right way
    • Take projects from idea to execution, from first outreach through to delivery and follow-up
    • Help create and capture content around events and activiations so the energy continues beyond the day
    • Bring fresh ideas to the table and take ownership of making them happen
  • What we're looking for

You’ll likely be a strong fit for this role if you are:

    • A self-starter who takes ownership and gets things moving
    • Full of ideas, but even better at making them happen
    • Confident building relationships and representing a brand externally
    • Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple moving parts
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
    • Excited by the idea of helping shape a growing brand and making the role your own
    • Interested in culture, hospitality, events, or brand building
    • Happy to travel regularly as part of the role
    • Available for some evening and weekend work when events require it

Background and Experience

We’re open-minded on background, but we’re looking for someone with solid hands-on experience in areas such as brand activations, events, partnerships, hospitality, social media, marketing, or lifestyle brands.

You may have gained that experience in-house, agency-side, through hospitality or events, or in another fast-moving environment.

This role would suit someone who has already had real responsibility, is confident working independently, and is ready to take ownership in a growing brand.

Experience in drinks is a bonus, but not essential.

Practical Details

The successful candidate does not need to be based in London. However, the person will need to be able to regularly access London, as well as travel throughout Britain to support venues, stockists, partners, and events.

·       Some evening and weekend work will be required for events

·       A full driving licence is required

·       Applicants must have the right to work in the UK

About Red Fin

Red Fin is a modern cider brand built for how people drink today.

We’re not here to do things the traditional way just because that’s how they’ve always been done. We want to bring something fresher to the category. Something more current, more interesting, and more in tune with the way people actually drink and spend time now.

We may not have centuries of heritage behind us, but that has never been the point. What we do have is a clear point of view, strong ambition, and a genuine desire to build a brand people want to be around.

We care about making great drinks, working with good people, and building something exciting in a way that feels enjoyable, energising, and true to who we are.

Why join Red Fin?

This is a chance to play a meaningful role in building a modern drinks brand from the ground up.

You’ll have real ownership, real variety, and the chance to make a visible impact on how Red Fin shows up in the world. It’s a hands-on role with plenty of scope to bring ideas to life, build momentum around the brand, and help shape what comes next.

For the right person, it’s an opportunity to grow with the business, make their mark early, and be part of building something exciting.

Equal Opportunities

Red Fin is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from people of all backgrounds.
